The Perfect Brunch-wich

If you forgot to eat breakfast and have barely enough time for lunch this sandwich is for you. It’s full of flavor and creativity, and makes the perfect brunch.

What you need:

  • Bread
  • Avocado
  • Egg
  • Cream Cheese
  • Bacon

You might be asking what is an avocado?  It’s a green fruit with buttery, smoothness on the inside.  Even though you might have never heard of it, just try it.  It can never hurt to try new flavors. In fact avocado has become one of my favorite things to eat.  You can put it in practically everything.



 To make the sandwich there are just a few steps needed.  Toast two pieces of bread to your desire or crispness,  spread cream cheese onto both slices of bread.  Fry an egg. (I prefer soft-fried, but not sunny side up)  Peel an avocado and slice it into several strips.  Usually one avocado is more than enough for two sandwiches.  If you are the only person eating this, save the other half of the avocado in cling wrap in the fridge.  Don’t be surprised if it starts to turn orange.  That’s just oxidation.  Fry a couple strips of bacon.  Put the egg and avocado onto the sandwich one on either piece of bread.  Then break the bacon to size to fit onto the sandwich. (I ate it without bacon and it was equally delicious)  Put the two pieces of bread together and “TA-DA” you have a brunch which!  It is so delicious someone even said that it would do great as their last meal.  It fills you up, and is quick to make.  So I hope you will try this delicious recipe!
