Roasted Garlic Potatoes
This is a recipe I make often. The potatoes turn out delicious! I hope you enjoy them too.
- vegetable cooking spray or a little olive oil
- a bag of yukon golden potatoes cut into fourths (or smaller depending on the size of the potato)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- about 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
Grease an 11×7-inch baking dish with crooking spray, oil or butter. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Once potatoes are cut and put into greased baking dish combine remaining ingredients and toss well to coat thoroughly. Let coated potatoes stand for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
